During the production process of dry ice, a large amount of gaseous CO₂ is discharged, causing waste of resources and secondary pollution. The use of dry ice gas recovery plant not only greatly reduces secondary environmental pollution, but also significantly reduces the consumption of raw materials for producing dry ice and reduces the manufacturing cost of dry ice. 

The CO2 recovery system can reduce the conversion ratio from 2.3kg of liquid CO2 to 1 kg of dry ice to an improved ratio of 1.3 kg of liquid CO2 to 1 kg of dry ice. This results in significant savings in CO2 usage or increased dry ice production with the same amount of liquid CO2.

Unique Features

  • This CO2 gas recovery plant realizes one-button start-up operation and fully automated operation. No manual operation is required during the production process, only normal inspection is required.

  • This dry ice co2 recycler is a skid-mounted structure with an additional closed cooling tower. The entire main machine is in one skid, which is beautiful and small in size. Only hardening of the ground is required on site, and no equipment foundation is required. After the equipment arrives on site, it only needs to be adjusted horizontally, connected to water, electricity, CO₂ gas and liquid CO₂ in the storage tank, and then commissioning and production can be carried out.

  • The device is fully self-adjusting, and is equipped with complete safety and alarm facilities, and the operation is safe and reliable.

  • The loss of raw materials in the production of dry ice is greatly reduced, and the consumption of LCO2 per ton of dry ice is suppressed to within 1.3 tons, and the power consumption is 160 kwh per ton.
