Sinocean new design dry ice automatic production line

Our standard dry ice production line includes one unit dry ice pelletizer machine JH500 and one unit dry ice press machine JHK450. JH500 produces 500kg/hour high density dry ice pellets which are then flow into hopper of dry ice press machine and makes dry ice slices with fixed dimension: 125*105*25mm or 95*95*20mm.

The dry ice are normally used for food transportation. In China, they are used frequently online fresh store business. It is also possible to produce other thicknesses up to 60 mm by customizing ice mould. Other block ice dimensions are available on request.

This production line is most suitably for dry ice manufacturing plant which needs high dense pellets and dry ice slices in high production efficiency.
