This system has the following advantages:

The cylinder can be automatically heated, evacuated, replaced multiple times, and filled with bottom gas. After the treatment is completed, the equipment will automatically stop and alarm to remind the operation. no personnel intervention is required during the process.

2. The number of processing bottle positions can be set arbitrarily according to customer requirements, and each bottle position can be processed independently.

3. High production efficiency. It takes about 40 minutes to heat a cylinder from 20°C to 120°C (the processing temperature can be set freely, and it takes about 30 minutes at a temperature of 90°C). Including water removal and gas replacement time, the processing time of each cylinder About 2.5 hours. The 6-cylinder processing equipment can process about 20 cylinders in 8 hours.

4. The cylinder processing quality is good. After filling with gas, the water content is tested to be within 3ppm, and the processing qualification rate is 100%. Changing program settings and using ultrapure gas replacement can meet the requirements for lower water content in special gases.

5. During the cylinder treatment process, the overall temperature of the cylinder body rises evenly without partially overheating.

6. There is no need to disassemble the cylinder valve during cylinder processing. The cylinder valve is exposed outside the processing device and the temperature is low. The valve core will not be damaged after processing.
